  • · A Subscriber that has been active on the Airtel network for more than 90 days.
  • · For 10mbs, The Subscriber’s must have at least 5000 UGX cumulative amount of top-ups during last 90 days
  • · For 25mbs, The Subscriber’s must have at least 10 000 UGX cumulative amount of top-ups during last 90 days
  • · For 50mbs, The Subscriber’s must have at least 15000 UGX cumulative amount of top-ups during last 90 days
  • · For 120mbs, The Subscriber’s must have at least 25000 UGX cumulative amount of top-ups during last 90 days
  • · A Subscriber who is not a debtor on either Voice bundle pack

How do I repay my debt?

  • Airtime will be automatically deducted to clear your debt upon any recharge or account adjustment, alternatively you can initiate your debt repayment through *143# and select Repay debt

Can the data bundles be borrowed multiple times?

  • · No. You need to have cleared the previous debt in order to borrow another data bundle however you can borrow a Voice bundle even with a debt on the data bundle option and vice versa.
